rubber cutter cutting/bale cutter usage

用途：切(qiē)丁苯标膠(jiāo)順(shùn)丁等(děng)膠料。

特點：1.切完(wán)之後，自動上升，操(cāo)作(zuò)省時人性(xìng)化。

      2.刀片材質特别設(shè)計，切料利索。

使用(yòng)說明：

公共設備(bèi)電力(lì)：電(diàn)壓380v,50hz。

主(zhǔ)電(diàn)源線：2.5平(píng)方(fāng)毫米(mǐ)  四芯線

1. 加68#  液壓(yā)油顯示(shì)油表至(zhì)80%。液壓油一(yī)定要(yào)保持幹淨，油箱(xiāng)不能有雜(zá)物進(jìn)入，以(yǐ)免(miǎn)影(yǐng)響油泵，電(diàn)池閥(fá)損壞。

2.  切料(liào)時手(shǒu)不要(yào)接近刀(dāo)口(kǒu)。

3. 液壓(yā)油要按時(shí)更換(huàn)（一般一年更換(huàn)一次(cì)）。

4. 油泵壓力(lì)不(bú)要(yào)随意調整(zhěng)，一般60kg可(kě)以正常(cháng)工作。

5. 自(zì)動(dòng)檔按(àn)住啓(qǐ)動(dòng)開(kāi)關2秒(miǎo)切刀(dāo)自動下降(jiàng)自動上升(shēng)。手動(dòng)檔需長(zhǎng)按(àn)啓動開關切刀下降(jiàng)，松開自動(dòng)上升。

1. add the 68# hydraulic oil until oil gauge reach to 80%.the hydraulic oil should be kept clean and no sundries in oil tank or it will break the oil pump and the electromagnetic valve and affect its durance.

2. watch out when a bale cutter is working. keep hands off when the knife is cutting.

3. hydraulic oil should be renewed regularly (normally once per annum).

4. do not arbitrarily adjust the pressure of the pump, the normal value being 60kg.

5. automatic stop and press start switch 2 sec automatic drop automatically increases. the manual gear should be long pressed to start the concern knife drop, loosen the automatic rise.
