rubber strip cutting machine usage

用途：用于橡(xiàng)膠切條、切紙等

特點(diǎn)： 1.裝有防(fáng)護裝置在使用時安全(quán)快捷。

　　　 2.翻滾(gǔn)切割，三個刀(dāo)片設計(jì)，切料速度(dù)快，效(xiào)率高。

           3.送料速度(dù)可調，裁斷寬(kuān)度(dù)可調。

使用(yòng)說(shuō)明

1. 操作時(shí)不要(yào)雙層料同時切，以免燒壞電機，發現送料(liào)滾筒卷料(liào)時(shí)，要及時關機清理(lǐ)，同時如有雜料在刀口工作部(bù)位要及時清理幹淨，清理(lǐ)時務(wù)必斷開電(diàn)源來(lái)源。

2. 原料不(bú)能有鐵(tiě)，石頭等(děng)雜物(wù)，如發(fā)現要(yào)清理(lǐ)幹淨，以免(miǎn)損傷刀片。

3. 發現電機(jī)有異(yì)聲，要停機檢查，鏈條皮帶(dài)松動(dòng)要及(jí)時調整，螺(luó)絲松(sōng)動要(yào)及時緊固(gù)。

4. 機台(tái)工作(zuò)時，手一定(dìng)不(bú)要伸進裏面(miàn)，如有(yǒu)問題，一定要停機解(jiě)決。

5. 手(shǒu)搖加油泵(bèng)一個(gè)星期加油(yóu)一次(cì)，每次壓兩(liǎng)下；腳踏闆(pǎn)要輕踩輕放，以(yǐ)免兩頭軸(zhóu)心變位。

6. 如時間長，發(fā)現(xiàn)料(liào)切不斷①調(diào)整刀口間隙②修整刀(dāo)口，檢查刀(dāo)口是否(fǒu)有損壞，如有損壞要及時修整(zhěng)。

7. 送(sòng)料滾筒如卡(kǎ)料，不能啓動(dòng)①檢查(chá)電控箱内保險絲是(shì)否燒(shāo)壞，如燒(shāo)壞(huài)，更換時必(bì)需按(àn)原來型号(hào)更換(huàn)，不要随意(yì)加大規格(gé)。②檢查調整(zhěng)旋(xuán)轉失靈(líng)，如有不(bú)靈及時更換(huàn)。

8. 兩端(duān)彈簧調整不能(néng)壓得(dé)太(tài)緊，以免(miǎn)滾卷料(liào)，新機台用少量(liàng)粉撒在(zài)卷筒(tǒng)上，以免卷(juàn)料。

  2. revolving blade cuts rubber in high speed and efficiency, with three blade edges.

  3. adjusting with the width of rubber strip through the speed button on the side.

instructions:

1. when operating, do not cut rubber in double-deck at one time, which will cause the motor to be too hot and broken. if the material-sending roller can not run smoothly. please shutdown at once; meanwhile, if there are odds and ends at knife edge, please clean up in time .do stop the power before cleaning.

2. no iron or stone in the material; if any, take them, away at once, so as not to make the blade damaged.

3. any unusual voice, stop and check. adjust chains and screws if they are loose.

4. do stop the machine when there is problem. do not put hands in when the machine is still working.

5. add oil to cycloidal needle wheel on time (usually once per three months).

6. after being operated for long time and the machine fails to cut off material, customer should adjust the knife and check whether the blade is damaged and need repairing.

7. in case the material sending roller can not send the material smoothly, you should firstly check and adjust rotary switch; if it can not work effectively, replace a new one in time.

8. do not install the spring at each side too heavily or the material will not be sent smoothly. new machine please add proper amount of powder to the rooller to avoid material rolling and jammed.
