Rubber Strip Cutting Machine Usage

用(yong)途：用于橡膠切條、切紙等(deng)

特點(dian)： 1.裝有防(fang)護裝置(zhi)在使(shi)用(yong)時安全(quan)快捷。

　　　 2.翻滾切割，三個刀片設計(ji)，切料(liao)速度快，效(xiao)率高(gao)。

           3.送料速度(du)可調(diao)，裁(cai)斷(duan)寬度可調。

使(shi)用說(shuo)明

1. 操作時不要雙層料同(tong)時切(qie)，以免(mian)燒壞(huai)電機(ji)，發(fa)現送料(liao)滾筒卷(juan)料時，要(yao)及時(shi)關機(ji)清理(li)，同時如有雜料在刀(dao)口工作部(bu)位要及時(shi)清理(li)幹淨(jing)，清(qing)理時務(wu)必斷開(kai)電源來(lai)源。

2. 原料不(bu)能有鐵(tie)，石頭等(deng)雜物(wu)，如發(fa)現要(yao)清理幹(gan)淨，以免損傷(shang)刀片。

3. 發現電機(ji)有異(yi)聲，要(yao)停機檢查(cha)，鏈條皮帶(dai)松動(dong)要及時調(diao)整，螺(luo)絲松(song)動要(yao)及時緊固(gu)。

4. 機台(tai)工作時(shi)，手(shou)一定(ding)不要(yao)伸(shen)進(jin)裏面(mian)，如有問題，一定要停(ting)機解決。

5. 手搖加油泵(beng)一個(ge)星(xing)期(qi)加油(you)一次，每次(ci)壓兩(liang)下；腳踏闆要輕(qing)踩輕(qing)放，以免兩(liang)頭軸心(xin)變位。

6. 如時間長，發(fa)現料切不(bu)斷①調(diao)整刀(dao)口間(jian)隙②修(xiu)整刀(dao)口(kou)，檢查刀(dao)口是否有損壞(huai)，如有損壞(huai)要及(ji)時修整。

7. 送(song)料滾筒如(ru)卡料(liao)，不能(neng)啓動(dong)①檢查(cha)電控箱(xiang)内保險(xian)絲是否燒(shao)壞，如燒壞(huai)，更換時必(bi)需按原來(lai)型号(hao)更換(huan)，不要(yao)随意(yi)加大規格。②檢查調整旋轉失靈(ling)，如有不(bu)靈(ling)及時(shi)更換(huan)。

8. 兩端(duan)彈簧調(diao)整不能壓得(de)太(tai)緊，以免(mian)滾卷料，新機台用少(shao)量(liang)粉撒在(zai)卷筒上，以免卷(juan)料。

Purpose: This machine is used for cutting the rubber, paper etc.

Advantage: 1.Equiped with safety cover to secure safety on working.

  2. Revolving blade cuts rubber in high speed and efficiency, with three blade edges.

  3. Adjusting with the width of rubber strip through the speed button on the side.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. When operating, do not cut rubber in double-deck at one time, which will cause the MOTOR to be too hot and broken. If the Material-sending Roller can not run smoothly. Please shutdown at once; meanwhile, if there are odds and ends at knife edge, please clean up in time .Do stop the power before cleaning.

2. No iron or stone in the material; if any, take them, away at once, so as not to make the blade damaged.

3. Any unusual voice, stop and check. Adjust chains and screws if they are loose.

4. Do stop the machine when there is problem. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.

5. Add oil to cycloidal needle wheel on time (usually once per three months).

6. After being operated for long time and the machine fails to cut off material, customer should adjust the knife and check whether the blade is damaged and need repairing.

7. In case the material sending roller can not send the material smoothly, you should firstly check and adjust rotary switch; if it can not work effectively, replace a new one in time.

8. Do not install the spring at each side too heavily or the material will not be sent smoothly. New machine please add proper amount of powder to the Rooller to avoid material rolling and jammed.
